If the course you purchased is not what you were expecting, you can request, within 1 days of your purchase of the course, that we credit/refund your account. We reserve the right to deny any refund if you have viewed more than 50% of the course content or have downloaded the course content. We reserve the right to apply a credit or a refund, at our discretion, depending on capabilities of our payment processing partners or the platform from which you purchased your course (website, mobile or TV app). No credit or refund is due to you if you request it after the 1-day guarantee time limit has passed..
Cancellation Policy
At our discretion, if we believe you are abusing our credit/refund policy, we reserve the right to ban your account and to restrict all future use of the Services. If we ban your account or disable your access to a course due to your violation of these Terms, you will not be eligible to receive any credit or refund.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
All the refund or cancellation requests shall be verified within 2 working days of receiving the request. If refund request is approved based on the conditions mentioned in this policy, the refund shall be initiated within 2 working days of Approval. The time required to reflect the refund in to your account will be 4-5 working days and will depend on the payment gateway capabilities and policies.
