The aim of IDEA MOOCS is to meet contemporary and future workplace demands of industry, making our students industry-ready when they complete the programs. The industry today demands flexible problem solvers who can lead, manage and collaborate to create people-centred solutions that have a positive impact on people and communities whilst remaining sustainable, financially viable and profitable.

Environmental Design Theme of Structure

We have launched a new initiative “IDEAMOOCS” , a first of its kind Online platform which offers an array of online courses in Architecture from Architectural Graphics, Architectural Design, Humanities, Construction Technology, Culture & Built Form, Professional Practise, etc. These courses will help students from various colleges of Architecture and Design to learn and enhance their knowledge and understanding and augment classroom learning.

Each year a number of students who wish to pursue Architecture or Design prepare for and appear for examinations like NATA. IDEAMOOCS also offers preparatory courses like Drawing, Mathematics and Aptitude for these examinations.

It’s an effort to support experimentation and collaborative teaching using digital platform. Through ‘IDEA MOOCS”, We strive to provide precise and rigorous architectural training, teaching students how to frame and test ideas and arguments through the design process, while also challenging them to pursue questions that push us all beyond our comfort zones. Our goal is to prepare students not only with “best practices” but to find ways to transform the profession to meet future challenges.
